Studying the future of human potential at structural scaleThe Talent Infrastructure Lab is a research and design hub dedicated to one expansive question: What would societies look like if talent were cultivated as deliberately as we build roads, power grids, or financial systems?TIL investigates the deeper mechanics of talent development—how interest, ability, opportunity, and institutional support interlock across a lifetime. We focus on structural insights, designing proof-of-concept systems that demonstrate what becomes possible when talent is treated as shared infrastructure rather than a private accident.Our work blends systems thinking, empirical research, field interviews, precedent studies, and prototype design to build a rigorous knowledge base about equitable talent cultivation.
